Dues are paid yearly and are valid from July 1st to June 30 of the following year.
DUES Are:
$13 per person for Oaks North Residents
$15 per person for Non residents of Oaks North
Checks should be made out to Oaks North Travel Club and mail to the treasurer at

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For trips canceled 90 days prior to departure: Payments are fully refundable.
For trips canceled 60 days prior to departure: A partial refund may be obtained depending on suppliers policy (i.e., hotels, restaurants, etc.)
For Trips canceled less than 60 days prior to departure: No refunds can be made unless a replacement is secured.
All cancellations, are subject to a 5% of total tour cost cancellation fee, or a minimum of $5.00 per person, except trips canceled by Oaks North Travel Club.
Oaks North Travel Club strongly recommends cancellation and health insurance on any overnight trip.
